1. The service
Describe what the service does: AI-generated product mockup images from the options the user picks. State that images are generated, not photographed.
2. Accounts
Eligibility (age, one account per person), accuracy of the email address, responsibility for keeping the password safe, and when an account may be suspended.
3. Credits and payment
One credit is one generation. How credits are bought, when they are charged, whether they expire, and that prices may change for future purchases.
4. Refunds
When a purchase can be refunded and when it cannot. Note that a failed generation is refunded automatically to the credit balance.
5. Acceptable use
What may not be generated or uploaded: unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexual content, other people's trademarks, and attempts to bypass limits.
6. Rights in the images you generate
State clearly whether the user may sell products using the generated images, and any attribution or exclusivity limits. This is the section print-on-demand sellers read.
7. Our intellectual property
The software, the prompt engine and the site content stay ours. Using the service does not transfer any rights to them.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Output quality is not guaranteed, the service may have downtime, and the limit of liability. Have a lawyer review this section in particular.
9. Changes and contact
How changes to these terms are announced, which law applies, and how to reach us.
