Can I use the mockups I generate commercially in my online shop?
Yes. You can use the images you generate on online listing platforms and in your social media advertising as you see fit. See the Terms of Service for the details.
Which garments can I generate mockups for on EasyMock?
For now you can only generate mockups of Comfort Colors garments. We are still developing EasyMock and will be adding new products very soon.
What size are the generated images?
Generated mockups are 2048 × 2048 pixels. Images come out at dimensions that suit online sales channels, and once you have downloaded them you can resize them yourself for other platforms.
Do my credits stay in my account?
From the moment credits land in your account they stay there until you use them. There is no expiry date; your credits only run out when you have spent them all.
How long does one mockup take to generate?
The moment you finish choosing and hit Generate, the system starts working, and your image appears on screen in about 30 seconds.
What happens if I am not happy with an image I generated?
If the image never gets produced at all — it fails to load, or the request times out — the credit is returned to your account automatically. If the image is generated but you simply do not like it, the credit is not refunded. Beyond that, if there is a clear fault in the image, get in touch and we will be glad to help.
How do I place my own design on the mockup? Is there an integration?
EasyMock does not currently integrate with any other platform. It generates your mockup empty, ready for an image to be placed on it. Once you have generated the image you can download it and add your design on top in whichever tool you prefer.
Are the model, pose and scene options limited? Are new ones being added?
The model, pose, scene and theme options being limited today is a deliberate choice, not a constraint. We keep adding themes, models and products that work together for niche listings. If you have a suggestion for a new option, please get in touch — your suggestions matter to us.
Do I have to write a prompt to generate a mockup?
No. Generating a mockup on EasyMock never requires you to write a prompt. Make your choices, hit Generate, and EasyMock takes care of the rest, building the mockup that best fits what you picked.
Is there a free trial?
No, there are no trial credits. To see what the images look like, visit the Examples page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card. We do not store your card details anywhere; you can read the detail in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you finish choosing and hit Generate, a warning appears on screen. Once you have bought a new credit pack you can carry on generating.
