Privacy Policy

DRAFT — this text has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how the service actually works today, but it is not yet a finished legal document. Get it reviewed before taking live payments.

This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We have kept it specific rather than generic: every item below corresponds to something the service actually stores or sends.

1. Who we are

EasyMock is operated by Velante LLC. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address and a password. The password is stored only as a hash by our authentication provider — we cannot see it and cannot recover it for you.

Generation records: the options you pick for each mockup (garment, colour, model, pose, location, accessories and similar), the generated image, the time, whether the generation succeeded or failed, and an internal cost figure we use for accounting.

Credits and purchases: your current credit balance, which pack you bought, the amount and currency, and the identifiers our payment provider gives us for that purchase.

Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as request times and error records.

3. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details. Card data is entered on the payment provider's own checkout page and does not reach our servers.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in and the one that remembers your language choice.

4. Why we use it

To run the service: create your account, generate the images you ask for, keep your credit balance correct and show you your history.

To take payment and credit your balance when a purchase succeeds.

To investigate errors and abuse, and to answer you when you contact support.

5. Who we share it with

Supabase — database, sign-in and storage of the images you generate.

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives what it needs to take the payment; we receive back only the purchase record.

Google — AI image generation. The options you select are sent as a generation request so the image can be produced. Do not put personal information into free-text fields if any are offered.

Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site.

Cloudflare — domain, DNS and forwarding of email sent to our contact address.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Generation records and the images you generated are kept so that your history stays available to you.

If you want your account and its data deleted, write to us and we will do it.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to the contact address on this page and we will respond.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights. This section needs a lawyer's review to state them precisely.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it and we announce it on the site.

Questions about anything on this page? Write to us and we will answer.
