Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods that reach your balance immediately, so the ordinary rule is that a purchased pack is not refundable. The exceptions below are the cases where we do refund — and the first one happens automatically, without you asking.
1. Failed generations are refunded automatically
If a generation fails — it times out, the model returns no image, or a safety filter blocks the request — the credit goes back to your balance by itself. You do not need to contact us and you are not charged for an image you never received.
This is built into the service, not a goodwill gesture: the credit is deducted and returned in the same accounting flow.
2. When we refund a purchase
You were charged twice for the same pack, or charged without credits arriving.
A fault on our side stopped you from using credits you had paid for and we could not fix it.
You bought a pack and have not spent any of it — write to us and we will consider it case by case.
3. When we do not refund
Credits that have already been spent on successfully generated images. The image was delivered, so the credit was used.
Dissatisfaction with how a generated image looks. Composition varies between generations; that is the nature of the tool, and the examples on the site show what to expect before you buy.
4. How to request one
Write to the contact address on this page with the email address on your account and roughly when the purchase happened. We aim to answer within a few working days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
6. Your statutory rights
Consumer law in your country may give you rights beyond this policy, including in some places a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Nothing here removes those rights. The precise wording for each jurisdiction needs a lawyer's review.
