Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
DRAFT — this text has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how the service actually works today, but it is not yet a finished legal document. Get it reviewed before taking live payments.
These terms cover your account, credits, and what you may do with the images you generate. The section on image rights is the one print-on-demand sellers should read first.
1. The service
EasyMock generates product mockup images from the options you select. The images are produced by an AI model — they are generated, not photographed, and no real garment or person is involved.
2. Accounts
One account per person. The email address you give must be one you control, because it is how we reach you and how account recovery works.
Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, attempts to bypass credit limits, or is used to generate prohibited content.
3. Credits and payment
One credit produces one image. Credits are bought in packs; packs are one-off purchases, not a subscription, and nothing recurring is charged.
Prices shown on the pricing page apply to purchases made at that time. A price change never affects credits you have already bought.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Rights in the images you generate
You may use the mockups you generate commercially — including in Etsy and other marketplace listings, adverts and social posts — provided your account is in good standing and your use follows these terms.
We do not claim ownership of the images you generate and we do not ask for attribution.
Two limits worth knowing. First, your use must also comply with the terms of the AI provider whose model produces the images. Second, in several jurisdictions purely AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright protection, which can affect your ability to stop someone else from copying them. This section in particular needs a lawyer's review before it is relied upon.
The design you place on the mockup is yours and has nothing to do with us — this section is only about the mockup image itself.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that depicts real identifiable people without their consent.
Do not use it to reproduce someone else's trademark or copyrighted design.
Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, automate access in ways that degrade the service for others, or extract the underlying prompt logic.
6. Our intellectual property
The software, the prompt engine behind the generator, the option catalogues and the content of this site remain ours. Using the service does not transfer any rights to them.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access; it depends in part on third-party providers.
Output quality varies. The generator applies composition rules that make results predictable, but an individual image may still not suit you. A failed generation is refunded automatically; an image you simply do not like is not a failure.
The limit of our liability needs to be set by a lawyer and stated here before this document is final.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where credits remain unspent and the closure was not caused by your breach, we will refund them.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes and we announce it on the site.
Governing law and the venue for disputes must be filled in by a lawyer, based on where the company is registered.
