Can I use the mockups commercially, in my Etsy listings?
Yes. Use them in marketplace listings, adverts and social posts; we ask for no attribution. Two limits are worth knowing: your use must also follow the AI provider's terms, and in several countries purely AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright protection, which affects stopping others copying them. The Terms of Service set this out.
Which garments are supported?
Right now, one: the Comfort Colors 1717 in seventeen catalogue colours, each matched to a reference photo of the real fabric. Other blanks (Comfort Colors 3023CL, Gildan 18000 and 18500) are defined in the system but not switched on yet — we open a garment only once its colour references are photographed and checked.
What resolution are the images, and is that enough for Etsy?
Every image comes back square at 2048 × 2048 pixels. Etsy recommends at least 2000 pixels on the shortest side for listing photos, so the output clears that with room to spare and fills the thumbnail with no cropping or letterboxing.
Do credits expire if I don't use them?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them; there is no expiry date and no monthly reset. They have no cash value and cannot be moved between accounts.
How long does one generation take?
Around half a minute. Across our generations so far the median is 27 seconds and nine out of ten finish within 31 seconds. If a request goes past two minutes it is cut off, marked failed, and the credit returns to your balance.
What if I'm not happy with an image?
A failed generation — timeout, safety filter, no image returned — is refunded to your balance automatically, without asking us. An image that arrived but that you simply don't like is not refunded: composition varies between runs, which is why the examples page shows real, unretouched output before you buy. If something looks wrong beyond that, write to us.
How do I put my own design on the mockup? Is there a Canva integration?
There is no Canva or Photoshop integration — the tool produces the mockup, you place the artwork. Download the image, open it in whatever you already use (Canva, Photoshop, Photopea, Figma), and drop your design onto the chest panel, which is deliberately left empty and unobstructed. That is the whole workflow.
Are the model, pose and location options limited? Do you add more?
The lists are deliberate, not a limitation: every pose is checked so arms and hair stay clear of the print area, and accessories are offered per season so a beanie never turns up in a summer beach shot. Options that did not survive that check are switched off rather than shipped. We add new ones as they pass — tell us what you are missing and it goes on the list.
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. Every choice is a list item and the prompt is assembled for you on the server. You never see or write prompt text, so there is nothing to phrase wrong.
Is there a free trial?
No. New accounts start with a zero balance, so the smallest pack is the cheapest way to try the tool. The examples page shows what the output looks like before you spend anything.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach our servers.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-listing?
Generation stops and you are told the balance is too low. Buy another pack and carry on — your settings are still where you left them.
